Job summary

ABA Journey seeks a BCBA to join our Georgia-based clinical team. You’ll conduct FBAs, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and support a collaborative group of RBTs in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

  • Must maintain active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of BCBA experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Must reside in Georgia or hold Georgia licensure.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to adjust programs based on progress trends.
  • Genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Complete session notes, progress reports, and all documentation on time and in compliance with BACB and Georgia state requirements.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

ABA Journey provides group-based, evidence-based ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum across Georgia. Our BCBAs are not working alone — you’ll be part of a clinical team that actively supports each other, shares resources, and stays connected.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Pay Rate Employment Type Min. Hours (PT) Schedule

$75 – $95/hr Full or Part-Time 10 hrs/week Flexible

Pay placement within the range is based on experience and caseload scope. This is an hourly contractor role — health benefits are not included.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing (required).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a BCBA, ideally with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Must reside in the state of Georgia, and or have your Georgia State Licensure
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to adjust programs based on progress trends.
  • Genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and their families.
