Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; eligible for state licensure where applicable.
• Experience leading ABA clinical teams and centers.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and clinicians and oversee treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
