Job summary

ABC is seeking a Center Lead to manage the clinical team delivering high-quality ABA therapy services in our Wheat Ridge, CO location. You will oversee patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure compliance with behavioral health standards.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, mentor staff, and drive clinical excellence while maintaining a patient-centered approach and collaborative family involvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high_quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.

Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package up to $117,000 annually.Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
