Job description

Total Compensation Package up to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your total compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.

Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses start at 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, rewarding impact without long wait times.

Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing a Master’s in ABA.

Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
