Action Behavior Centers in League City, TX is seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to lead our clinical team delivering ABA therapy to children with autism. You will oversee assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring clinicians and RBTs.

Formación

• Must hold BCBA certification and experience supervising RBTs.
• Experience leading clinical teams in ABA settings is required.

Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package up to $127,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
  • Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

Bonus Structure

• Monthly Performance Bonuses:Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
• Mentorship Bonuses:Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!

Your Role
