You will supervise technicians, design ABA treatment plans, provide parent training, and conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) while collaborating with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing and master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA preferred.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS and related assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and case supervision.
• Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and data analysis.
