Job summary

Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a highly skilled BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team in New York State. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, provide parent training in clients' homes, and design data-driven interventions to support children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and NYS LBA credential.
• Ability to work full-time and collaborate with teams.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and providing parent training preferred.

Job Summary:

Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team! As a BCBA at Yellow Bus ABA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in New York State. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
• Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
• Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
• Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
• Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• BCBA certification
• NYS LBA
• Ability to work full-time
• Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth
• Adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Commitment to working collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $125,000 annually
