Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Melrose Park, IL seeks a Behavior Analyst Case Manager to perform behavioral assessments, functional analyses, and design data‑driven behavior programs for youth, with data tracking, program development, and staff training to help youths reach their highest potential.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or related field, BCBA certification, and at least two years working with developmental disabilities or autism; a strong emphasis on intervention

Qualifications

Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or related field with emphasis on behavior analysis.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Two or more years working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
Experience with functional assessments/analyses and behavior program development.
Experience in staff training and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

Functional Analysis at Level I–III and inform staff when intervention is needed.
Design and implement data collection forms to quantify behavior data across settings.
Analyze data for levels, trends, variability, and functional relationships.
Design and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) based on analyses.
Train staff on interventions, data collection, and program procedures.
