Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is hiring for roles that support BCBA certification through the Clinician Compass Program. You will follow a structured path with paid fieldwork, monthly mentorship, and supervision, while contributing to client progress under a BCBA.

The position offers base compensation of $24.00–$28.85 per hour, potential to reach $60k+ annually with BCBA advancement, and ongoing education and training opportunities in a collaborative, female clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related program.
• 2-3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience using software solutions for data collection and programming.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under BCBA guidance.
• Provide parent education and assist with assessments to support client progress.
• Mentor behavior technicians and help implement treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities in a dynamic caseload.

• Total Annual Earning Potential: Equivalent up to almost $60,000 per year!
• Base Compensation: $24.00 - $28.85 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography with a future career path to $80,000+ base salary as a BCBA!
• Opportunity to participate in ALP’s exclusive Clinician Compass Program, which includes three different pathways towards your BCBA certification, paid exam prep days, focused mentorship, supervision support, and $5,000 in incentive bonuses for completing your Masters program and passing the BACB exam.
• Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments. Our Clinical Development team also offers weekly office hours or 1:1 support, as needed
• Some Benefits Highlights: Opportunity for direct & indirect supervision hours, study support and training to help you pass the BCBA exam, 13 days off annually between holidays including 1 floating holiday and PTO, that begins to accrue from Day 1

• Flexible Schedule: Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings, mid-day, and afternoons up until 6:30pm most nights, with two to three evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm (we pay extra for evenings!). No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions. You’re in full control!

• Work under the guidance of a BCBA and participate in our structured Clinician Compass pathway, which includes paid fieldwork activities, small group trainings, and monthly mentorship sessions to support your growth.
• Inspire Growth and Progress: Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Empower and Support: You will motivate and mentor behavior technicians, helping them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively.
• Adapt and Thrive: Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, embrace new challenges, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain flexible to manage a dynamic caseload.
