Job summary

Circle Care Services in Wake Forest, NC seeks BCBA therapists for hybrid in-home or daycare settings. Daytime hours available.

Competitive hourly pay $90-$110, with strong mentorship, flexible hours, and full/part-time options. We offer medical benefits for full-time, plus 2 weeks PTO and 6 holidays.

We support ongoing CEUs and professional growth while delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and licensure.
• 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction.
• Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures.
• Ability to lead and instruct therapists.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA therapists in delivering evidence-based interventions.
• Instruct and mentor staff on ABA procedures and data collection.
