Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a BCBA in the Maryland area to provide high‑quality ABA services for children with autism and oversee up to five RBTs. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress within a collaborative clinical team.

You will work with diverse clients (ages 2–18, many under 6) in clinic settings, ensuring ethical documentation and BACB/state compliance while contributing to ongoing clinical mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • State licensure where required.
  • ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic‑based setting.
  • Passion for ethical, client‑centered ABA in a team‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence‑based ABA services to children with autism.
  • Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, with 28 billable hours in a 40‑hour week.
  • Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases.
  • Maintain ethical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and state guidelines.

What You’ll Do:

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD
