Helping Hands Family is seeking a BCBA in the Maryland area to provide high‑quality ABA services for children with autism and oversee up to five RBTs. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress within a collaborative clinical team.
You will work with diverse clients (ages 2–18, many under 6) in clinic settings, ensuring ethical documentation and BACB/state compliance while contributing to ongoing clinical mentorship and growth opportunities.

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD
