Helping Hands Family is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Pittsburgh to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You will manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, supervise RBTs, and ensure compliance with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • State licensure where required.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors and fellow BCBAs.

What You'll Get:
  • Total Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
  • Manageable caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (billable hours are not tied to pay)
  • Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
What You'll Need:
  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State licensure where required
  • ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range

$85,000 - $100,000 USD
