Helping Hands Family is seeking a BCBA for clinical leadership in our Northeast clinics. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, manage a caseload, and supervise up to 5 RBTs.

You will write treatment plans, monitor progress, collaborate with clinical directors, and ensure BACB-compliant documentation. A strong, ethical, client-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• State licensure required where applicable
• ABA experience preferred; RBT background helpful for new BCBAs
• Strong communication skills in a clinic-based setting
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered practice in a team environment

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay)
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines

What You'll Need

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• State Licensure where required
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range

$85,000—$100,000 USD
