Links ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join a growing team in New Jersey. The role includes conducting in-home and community behavioral analysis for children with autism, under supervision by leadership with decades of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and in the community, supervised by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Develop, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social and communication domains.
• Train staff and paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be organized, self-motivated, flexible, and a positive team player.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.

Qualifications:
