Links ABA seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team in New Jersey. We support infants through teenagers with autism, focusing on in-home and community ABA therapy with supervision by our Clinical Director and Executive Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community; BCBA supervised by Executive and Clinical Directors.
• Create, monitor and update instructional programs across language, social and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and collaborative.

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
