Job summary

RiseMe in Longview, Texas, seeks a licensed BCBA for a full- or part-time hybrid role delivering center and home-based ABA services. You will design behavioral assessments, build treatment plans, and monitor client progress across clinic, home, and school settings.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in ABA or related field with BCBA certification, strong data-analysis skills, and experience supervising RBTs. Flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA or related field (education, psychology, human development, etc.).
• Board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and analyze data-driven outcomes.
• Positive team player and energetic professional with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs in the delivery of ABA services.

Responsibilities
