Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a licensed BCBA for hybrid/in-home ABA therapy in the Charlotte area. You will supervise and mentor therapists, implement ABA programs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress for children on the autism spectrum.

We offer daytime hours, competitive pay of $90–$110 per hour with salaried options, strong mentorship, training, and flexible scheduling. Full-time and part-time roles are available with medical benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure.
• 2–4 years of ABA instruction experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures.
• Ability to lead and instruct therapists.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise therapists delivering ABA services.
• Collaborate with families to implement and adjust treatment plans.
• Mentor teammates and support ongoing clinical training.
