Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking BCBA professionals for hybrid in-home or daycare ABA therapy roles in the Baltimore area. Daytime hours, pay of $90-$110 per hour, and immediate full- and part-time options with flexible schedules are available.

The program emphasizes expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care. Applicants must hold an active BCBA certification and license, with 2–4 years of ABA instruction experience, and be Spanish-speaking.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and licensure.
• 2-4 years of ABA instruction experience.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Ability to lead and supervise therapists.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct therapists in ABA techniques.
• Deliver ABA instruction and monitor client progress.
• Document and graph progress as part of treatment plans.
