Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a fully remote, flexible team delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children across Georgia. Location: Remote — must reside in Georgia, Anderson, SC, or within 50 miles of the Georgia state border.

Schedule: Full-time or part-time (flexible). Pay: $75–90/hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1–2 years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
• Must reside in Georgia (or within 50 miles of the state line).

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA and skill assessments as a BCBA.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Analyze data and modify interventions as needed.
• Train families, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with other professionals (SLP, OT, educators).
• Complete all documentation according to BACB and Georgia requirements.

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Remote — must reside in Georgia, Anderson, SC or within 50 Miles of the Georgia State Border

What You’ll Do as a BCBA
