Jobot in Westport, CT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic team. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop evidence-based ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role is full-time, on-site, with approximately 40 hours per week, a manageable caseload of 7–9 clients, and opportunities for clinical leadership as centers expand.

Qualifications

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Westport, CT

Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 base salary, plus up to $12,000 in annual bonuses

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, primarily on-site

Billable Expectation: 24 hours per week

Caseload: Approximately 7–9 clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee a manageable caseload of children receiving ABA services.
• Provide direct clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress, analyze clinical data, and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers through parent training and ongoing communication.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with clinical leadership to maintain a positive, collaborative, and quality-focused treatment environment.
