With established clinics in Downtown Orlando and Winter Garden, we're growing our clinical team and looking for a dedicated BCBA who wants to make a meaningful difference while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.
$55–$70/hour, based on experience and qualifications
$500 signing bonus for new BCBAs

We believe BCBAs do their best work when they have the support, resources, and clinical autonomy to focus on what matters most: their clients.
Our BCBAs work closely with RBTs, families, and other members of the care team to develop meaningful goals and individualized treatment programs.

As a BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership for children receiving ABA services while supporting and developing the RBTs who work directly with them.
Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and meaningful clinical goals
Oversee implementation of treatment programs and monitor client progress
Provide ongoing supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs
Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions
Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families
Modify treatment programs based on client progress and clinical needs
Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultation
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with other professionals involved in a client's care
Maintain compliance with BACB standards, ethical requirements, and payer requirements

We're looking for a BCBA who is:
Certified: Active BCBA certification in good standing
Compassionate: Committed to ethical, individualized, client-centered care
Collaborative: Enjoys working with RBTs, families, and fellow clinicians
Data-Driven: Comfortable using clinical data to guide treatment decisions
A Leader: Able to mentor, support, and develop RBTs
Communicative: Builds strong relationships with families and team members
Professional: Committed to high clinical and ethical standards
Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
