Job summary

Carelinks ABA is expanding its clinical team in Missouri and seeking BCBA clinicians for in-home, community, and hybrid service models. You will oversee treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and partner with families to drive meaningful change while maintaining a child-centered, supportive approach.

The role emphasizes creating practical care plans, data-driven programming, and collaboration with caregivers and schools. Full-time opportunities include flexible scheduling and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through are essential.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards.
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week for full-time employment.

As a BCBA with Carelinks, you’ll oversee treatment plans, mentor your RBT team, and partner with families to create meaningful, practical change. We keep systems organized and communication clear so you can focus on what matters most — clinical care that feels human and supportive.
