Job summary

Circle Care Services in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a BCBA to join our hybrid/in-home ABA team with daytime hours. Compensation includes $90–$110 per hour with salaried options available, and immediate full- or part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor therapists to ensure treatment fidelity.
• Deliver ABA therapy per individualized plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and the BCBA team to optimize outcomes.
