ReMed is seeking a Full-Time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide patient-centered care for our residential programs in Covington, LA. The role serves as a clinical consultant to clients, staff, families and external agencies to deliver the highest quality care.

The ideal candidate holds a master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, BCBA certification, and experience with neurological disabilities. Strong planning, communication, and crisis intervention skills are essential to monitor and

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or child development.
• BCBA Certification and experience with functional analysis of behavior.
• Experience with individuals with neurological disabilities; crisis intervention preferred.
• Excellent planning, organizational, writing, and time management skills.
• Strong communication with families, professionals and co-workers.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical consultant to clients, staff, families and external agencies to provide high quality care.
• Develop comprehensive behavioral programs addressing excesses and skills with data collection.
• Support program in behavioral assessment, intervention, education and training to maximize functioning.
• Collect, prepare and analyze program data related to outcomes.
• Monitor behavior plan progress and revise strategies as needed.
