Qualifications

• Master's Degree required for the role.
• NJ State Certifications are required.
• Minimum of two years experience in Child Study field.
• Experience with school-based settings and Administrative Codes/Rules.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavior by observing clients to identify challenges.
• Create individualized treatment plans to help clients improve behaviors.
• Set realistic goals for clients.
• Monitor client progress with detailed records.
• Train and supervise others in the field.
• Conduct research to apply new techniques.
• Collect data to assess treatment effectiveness.
• Develop materials and resources for staff and professionals.
• Manage caseloads and complete required documentation.
