Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned and operated organization dedicated to ethical, person-centered ABA services for individuals with behavioral challenges.

The team collaborates to create meaningful, lasting change while supporting staff with work-life balance and professional growth. BCBAs supervise and mentor staff, deliver individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings with a focus on behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
