Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA to lead behavior analysis services for families and clients. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful changes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree as required by state/licensure.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and work in varied settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor team members, including RBTs and student analysts.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
