Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a trusted leader in ABA, delivering ethical, person-centered care. We are seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our collaborative, mission-driven team and provide high-quality services to families.

The BCBA will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, conduct FBAs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and schools to support progress. Active BCBA or BCaBA certification and licensure requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure and credentialing requirements may apply per state/local rules.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans for clients.
• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatments.
• Supervising and mentoring Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and student analysts.
• Collaborating with families, schools, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyzing data to monitor outcomes and adjusting plans as needed.
• Ensuring adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
