You will conduct comprehensive assessments, implement ABA interventions, document HIPAA-compliant records, and train caregivers. Flexible schedule and opportunities for professional development are included.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training.
• Experience assessing skills and designing behavior support programs for autism.
• Ability to collect/analyze data and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes in clients.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support clients with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral therapy strategies.
