Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a healthcare facility in Gastonia, NC. The position involves consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and the development and implementation of ABA programs and behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will supervise, educate, and observe staff to ensure high quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field.
Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services.
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
Current CPR if applicable.
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
