Job summary

ABS Kids in Lexington, KY is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven team. You will provide supervision, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families to help children with autism reach their potential.

The role offers competitive compensation ($102,000–$105,000 first-year), uncapped bonus potential, signing bonus or relocation, comprehensive benefits, wellness stipends, generous PTO, and opportunities to advance across 20+ centers while staying close

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress—we welcome new grads!)
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy oversight and supervise BCBAs and trainees
• Collaborate with families and schools to implement ABA plans
• Contribute to program development and staff mentoring
