Job summary

Blossom ABA is seeking licensed BCBA professionals for either full-time or part-time roles in North Carolina. You will lead program implementation, supervise Behavior Technicians, and drive progress toward clients’ IEP/IFSP goals.

Eligible applicants are BCBA certified in NC with a Master's degree in psychology or related field, and must reside within NC or 40 miles of the state line. Hybrid telehealth scheduling and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification in NC.
• Must reside in NC or within 40 miles of NC.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Ensures program effectiveness.
• Perform comprehensive initial assessments.
• Plans, manages, coordinates, and evaluates staff efforts to achieve client IEP/IFSP goals.
• Provides case-specific training and supervision of Behavior Technicians.
• Implements the program curricula.
• Managing data regarding the client’s progress.
• Recording data daily and reporting client status.

BCBA Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures program effectiveness.

BCBA COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE:

• Full time.
• Part time.
• $95,000-$105,OOO.
• Choose you own hours.
• Bonus pay.

BCBA Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification in NC
• With new unknown regulations must a resident of NC or 40 miles of the state.
