Job summary

BCI/LEARN Behavioral in Nashua, NH is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism. You’ll supervise clinicians, write progress reports, and partner with families to implement individualized, assent-based treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • BCBA certification or sitting for BCBA exam soon.
  • Minimum of two years of experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes.
  • Strong professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and supervision for team and clients.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
  • Treat client safety as a top priority and ensure program integrity.
  • Analyze data and make data-based decisions.
  • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
  • Ensure directives from senior clinical team are followed.

BCI is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join them in providing high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. Our clinicians are committed to delivering individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment. And, we have reasonable billable expectations for our team.

What You Have
  • Master’s degree or higher
  • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients

  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment
