Job summary

Akoya in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful outcomes. Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Michigan state license or eligibility to obtain.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

  • Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

Compensation and schedule
  • Pay Range: $60-$70 per hour (or salary equivalent), depending on experience and role type

  • Scheduling Options:

    • Full-time (30-40 hours/week)

    • Part-time (15-29 hours/week)

    • Weekend and evening cases available (optional)

  • Work Environment:

    • In-home

    • Clinic-based

    • Hybrid options based on your preferences

BCBA skill and qualification requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
