Job Details

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee and supervise RBTs, providing ongoing training and support
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programs as needed
• Collaborate with families and provide parent/caregiver training
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience in a center-based or clinic setting preferred
• Strong background in early intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Passion for hands-on, in-person care and team collaboration
