Job summary

ACES is a leading provider of ABA services with 30+ locations nationwide. We seek a BCBA to design, implement, and supervise tailored ABA programs for children, collaborating with families and a cross-functional team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required with active credential.
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Ability to mentor and supervise entry-level staff.
  • Knowledge of data collection and progress reporting.
  • Background check, TB test, and immunizations compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Craft Tailored ABA Programs: Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with families and fellow clinicians to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
  • Mentorship and Supervision: Lead and guide Behavior Technicians to deliver exceptional direct services.
  • Data-Driven Progress Tracking: Utilize cutting-edge data collection software to evaluate and update client progress reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage with a dynamic cross-functional team committed to fulfilling ACES' mission of excellence.

Salary: $90,000-$102,000 annually (plus up to $30,000 in annual incentives based on performance).

Qualifications
