Job summary

Skybound Therapy in Richmond, VA seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for a full-time, guaranteed 40-hour schedule. You will design and implement ABA plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, train caregivers, and coordinate multidisciplinary care across home and telehealth settings.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, collaboration with families, and ongoing clinical monitoring to improve outcomes for children with autism in their communities.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Virginia LABA licensure or eligibility.
• Experience providing ABA services to children/adolescents; home-based preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and telehealth preferred.
• Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong caregiver coaching and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for home visits across Richmond.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA treatment plans under supervision.
• Assess client skills, behavior, progress, and treatment needs.
• Review data and identify trends and modification needs.
• Provide 10–20 hours per week of direct ABA care when needed.
• Supervise, coach, and support RBTs/BTs per BACB Virginia requirements.
• Coordinate care with SLPs, OTs, psychiatrists, and other providers.
• Deliver caregiver training and family coaching.
