Job summary

Ability Builders in Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work in Fort Wayne or Auburn. This full-time salary or part-time hourly role offers a starting pay from $58,240 USD/year or $28 USD/hour, with higher compensation based on experience, certifications, and clinical expertise.

As a BCaBA, you will supervise RBTs, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, collect data, train caregivers, complete documentation, and collaborate with BCBAs and

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and clinical support to RBTs.
• Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to monitor progress.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.
• Complete clinical documentation per company, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain BACB ethical standards.
