Job summary

Children Making Strides in Greenville, SC is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team. This full-time role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to supervise ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress with data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications

• Must have a solid understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.

• Monitor data and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and plans.
