Job summary

Aoiassn is seeking full-time Urologists for Elkhart General Hospital, a Level III Trauma Center in Indiana. Candidates will have opportunities to develop a new surgical urology service line and assist in physician recruitment while joining a dynamic team.

Responsibilities include patient care and surgeries, with call every third weekend. The role also offers opportunities to teach medical residents and students affiliated with Indiana University School of Medicine.

About the Practice

Beacon Medical Group, a growing multi‑specialty group practice owned by Beacon Health System, has 3 full‑time Urologists and 2 Nurse Practitioners in the Elkhart location.

Urologist Job Summary

Elkhart General Hospital, a 254‑staffed bed Level III Trauma Center in Elkhart, Indiana, is actively seeking full‑time Urologists (BC/BE) to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The right candidate will have an interest in developing a new surgical urology service line for Elkhart and assisting in further physician recruitment. This practice offers in‑office diagnostic testing such as cystoscopy and transrectal ultrasounds.

Work Schedule

• Take call every third weekend and call every third day
• At present, spend 3 full days in the clinic seeing patients and 1–1.5 days in scheduled surgery

• Affiliation with Indiana University School of Medicine at Notre Dame and Memorial Hospital Family Medicine Residency allows for teaching residents, medical students, and supervision of post‑graduate trainees.
