Job description

San Francisco Ear Nose & Throat Medical Group, a division of BASS Medical Group, is seeking a new associate to join our busy single‑specialty practice. We are a well‑established practice and our partners have been members of the San Francisco medical community for over 30 years. We are currently comprised of seven otolaryngologists practicing out of multiple locations throughout the city. Our mature practice cares for both adult and pediatric patients. SF ENT also incorporates thriving Audiology and Allergy practices.

Ideally, we are looking to add a new associate in the summer or fall of 2025 to coincide with the retirement of a senior partner. The new associate will be provided income‑guarantee along with partnership eligibility. We welcome all Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified Otolaryngology applicants.
