Colorado Ear, Nose & Throat Group, Denver's oldest otolaryngology practice, is expanding with a BE/BC ENT to join our collegial, physician-owned team. You’ll enjoy a guaranteed base salary, no hospital or ER call, and the ability to control your own schedule with most providers working four days a week.

We offer in-office navigation, endoscopy, CT, a robust ancillary program, partnership track in 1–2 years, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, and CME support.

Colorado Ear, Nose & Throat Group is Denver's oldest and most established otolaryngology practice. In 2022, two co-chiefs from the University of Connecticut residency moved to Denver, purchased the practice, and started building something new. We've grown from two to six providers since then. We're opening a new Denver metro office and looking for a BE/BC otolaryngologist to join us.

The Practice

We're a young, collegial, physician-owned group. Our offices are equipped with in-office navigation, endoscopy systems, scopes, and an in-office CT scanner. You'll see a full breadth of general ENT. There is no hospital call and no ER call. Weekend call is shared with local colleagues. Most of our physicians take about six weekends of call per year. Most importantly, we all control our schedule and most of us work 4 days a week and make top percentile of the MGMA salary range.
