Qualifications

• BBQ experience is preferred but not required.
• Butchering, seasoning, wrapping and knife skills are expected.
• Must be reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cut meat to specification.
• Season and wrap to maintain quality and consistency.
• Assist in line control and ticket execution.
• Provide friendly guest service when needed.
