Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service
• Prepare and assemble BBQ plates and menu items according to Good BBQ Company recipes, portions, and quality standards
• Keep workstations, dining areas, equipment, and restrooms clean, organized, and ready for guests
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Restock food, supplies, and condiments throughout the shift
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times
• Support teammates during busy periods so guests receive great food and service without compromise
• Complete assigned opening, closing, cleaning, and other shift responsibilities
