Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking compassionate RN or LPN weekend caregivers to join our 5 Star Community in Shawnee, OK. You will implement and coordinate delivery of care with physicians and health care staff, lead patient rounds, and document resident conditions.

RN license is required; weekends work with full-time benefits eligibility per Brookdale policies. The team offers a family-like atmosphere and opportunities for growth, with health, life, and retirement plans available.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Registered Nurses will direct resident care to include making rounds on a timely basis to ensure continuity of care as well as documenting all pertinent information regarding care and observation of residents' overall condition and behavior.
• RN's utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) in ensuring overall resident care.
• RN License is required
