Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Health in Gainesville, GA. This full-time role focuses on providing one-on-one home-based care to patients, following MD orders, and developing personalized care plans.

The RN will educate families, work with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation. A GA RN license and CPR are required; one year of home health or geriatrics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in GA with active, unrestricted registration.
• One year of nursing practice in patient care settings; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

Coverage area:Hall, Forsyth, Dawson, Lumpkin, Jackson, & Barrow Counties

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday; 8a - 5p

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
