Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to deliver medications and treatments, supervise Medication Aides where applicable, and oversee daily resident care in our skilled nursing setting.

You will monitor resident conditions, maintain documentation, support activities of daily living, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
