Job summary

RC Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for weekends at Bay Point Community Association. You will patrol community grounds, monitor access, handle emergencies, and provide top-notch guest and resident service.

This role requires a High School diploma, a valid Florida driver’s license, and weekend availability. You'll report daily, enforce guidelines, and work with a friendly team to keep residents and visitors safe.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays).
• Class D Security License or ability to obtain one prior to start.
• Background in security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Strong communication, basic computer skills, and a calm composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and surveillance of community grounds and facilities.
• Verify authorized entry, manage guest sign-ins, and issue parking permits.
• Respond quickly to alarms or incidents and notify authorities.
• Enforce community guidelines fairly and diplomatically.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Maintain daily logs and write incident reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct routine patrols of residential areas and common facilities; monitor surveillance systems for suspicious activity.

• Access Control: Verify authorized entry, manage guest sign-ins, and issue parking permits.

• Emergency Response: Act quickly during alarms or incidents, contacting law enforcement/emergency services when needed, and reporting details to leadership.

• Rule Enforcement: Fairly and diplomatically enforce community guidelines.

• Customer Service: Serve as a helpful, approachable point of contact for residents and guests.

• Reporting: Maintain detailed daily logs and write clear incident reports.
