Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Bay Host to deliver high-energy hospitality in the bays, serving food and drinks and guiding guests through the experience. You’ll greet guests, explain games and safety rules, and ensure a memorable visit from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in service or hospitality, can obtain alcohol-service licenses, and are 18+ with a high school diploma. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service or hospitality experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to obtain required alcohol service licenses and certifications for your location.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Host the Bay, greet guests immediately and warmly.
• Guide guests through the menu, explain the game and safety rules, and introduce food and beverage options.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, quickly, and upsell premium menu items.
• Own the Guest Experience by keeping the bay clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Communicate with kitchen and service support to ensure timely food and drink delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness between guests and assist the team to keep the venue running smoothly.
