Job summary

Quality Truck Washes is seeking team members in Illinois for day, swing, and part-time shifts with standard hours 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm. Starting wages are $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with potential to earn $17.60–$36.00 per hour on busy days thanks to our bonus plan, plus comprehensive benefits.

We provide training for general duties and a supportive team environment focused on quality truck washing and customer service.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Hand-mopping tractors.
• Using a high pressure wand for rinsing.
• Operating a trailer brush system (pulling system around trailer).
• Properly guiding drivers into bay.
• Use of a 6 ft. high portable catwalk.
• Use of an 11 ft. high stationary catwalk.
• Proper brightener procedures (once thoroughly trained).
• Washouts (of trailers).
• Keep your side of the bay clean between trucks - hoses straightened, mop buckets clear, etc.
• Any duties requested by management.

Swing shifts and part-time shifts are available in addition to our standard shift hours of 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm.

Starting wages start at $16.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience. However, any employee can earn $17.60 - $36.00 per hour on busy days due to our bonus plan!
